In this dynamic August, in order to further enhance the cohesion between the team and create a positive and good atmosphere for the company, from August 14 to 15, 2024, Zhejiang Jinchun and Longquan Hongye ushered in the 2024 team construction activity for the first time since the merger.

The two-day and one-night trip not only allowed us to temporarily stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but also deepened the friendship between colleagues and created an unforgettable memory together.

Day1 Departure - Anticipation in the morning light

On the morning of August 14, when the sun penetrated the clouds, we gathered in the company dressed in uniform and prepared to go, and everyone's face was filled with anticipation and joy. After a few hours' drive, we arrived at Zhuxi Villa and checked in.

After the rest, we went to Yaning leisure village to pack dumplings and have lunch. After a short rest, we went to Long Lao Street and Shuangdu Ocean for a swim visit.

Team building games are fun

At 15pm, after a short rest, the group building activities officially kicked off! Everyone gathered on the lawn, accompanied by light music rhythm, the atmosphere of the scene began to be active.

The group construction carefully planned the ice-breaking game, peach blossom, build a tower, encourage flying, dragon travel the world, guide to lead, beads travel thousands of miles, etc., the activity scene was wonderful, although the sun was in the sky, the weather was hot, but everyone's enthusiasm is not reduced, full of interest, devoted to the activity, the face is full of harvest.

Through the interaction of the game, everyone thinks in one place, makes efforts in one place, and acts towards the same goal. In order to win, everyone actively communicated, and the team broke into bursts of laughter from time to time.

DAY 2 Enjoy the cool water rafting

The next morning, the team assembled and set out for Wuxi River rafting. In the summer sun, the torrent and the slow flow interwoven into a moving picture, put on a life jacket, picked up a bailer, we grouped on the kayak, an exciting rafting trip opened.

We picked up the water guns and spoons that had already been prepared for each other, and joined hands with our kayak teammates to carry out a unique water splashing conference, and the tacit understanding and trust were sublimated in an instant.

Water splashing, screams and laughter mixed together to form a beautiful team movement. The sweat and water mixed on the wet clothes, but the heart was filled with an unprecedented sense of accomplishment and satisfaction.
