Xi Jinping said that 10 years, the BRIC countries pragmatic first, to promote mutually beneficial cooperation. We have played a complementary advantage in the five countries, we have tightened the ties of interest and established a comprehensive and multi-level cooperation framework led by leaders, and emerged a number of cooperation projects which are in line with the development strategy of the five countries and meet the interests of the five peoples. In particular, the establishment of new development banks and emergency reserve arrangements has provided financial support for BRIC infrastructure construction and sustainable development. It has made useful exploration for improving the global economic governance and constructing the international financial safety net.

Xi Jinping said that 10 years, the BRIC countries dare to play, and strive to make a difference in the international arena. Our five countries uphold multilateralism, advocate fairness and justice, and make voices and make proposals on major international and regional issues. Our five countries are actively promoting global economic governance reform and enhancing the representation and voice of emerging market countries and developing countries.
