    Electret masterbatch:

There are two approaches to improving the charge storage capacity of electret materials:

By improving the crystallinity and mechanical deformation of the material, the structure of the material is changed to form elongated hole channels to prevent charge drift.

Charge traps are created to capture charges by introducing additives with charge storage properties.

    basic component:

Using polypropylene as the base material and using special additives, the additives are uniformly dispersed in the masterbatch. During the spinning process of the melt-blown fabric, adding 2-5% can effectively increase the melt-blown non-woven fabric. The density and depth of the medium charge trapping energy trap can improve the comprehensive filtration efficiency and thermal decay resistance of the meltblown non-woven fabric. It can reduce the resistance of non-woven products and improve the filtration efficiency of non-woven products under the same fiber fineness and gram weight.
